Hotel Reservations
JPA has negotiated a special rate of $225 per night plus $10 resort fee. Rooms and rates are based on availability and subject to state and local fees/taxes (which are currently 12.5% per room). To make your reservation by phone, call the reservation line at +1-877-803-7534, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and inform them you are attending the JPA Annual Meeting. Please book your hotel room by March 21, 2022 to obtain the special JPA room rate.
All reservations require a first night room deposit, and guests can guarantee reservations with a major credit card. Your credit card will not be charged prior to arrival. Make any necessary cancellations at least 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
Parking
On-site parking is available for $27 + tax USD daily. Valet parking is also available at a rate of $40 + tax USD daily.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 18 miles from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.

Ground Transportation & Orlando Weather
Taxi
The estimated taxi fare from MCO to the hotel is approximately $50 (one way). There is also a shuttle available for $23 (one way).
Ride Share
All Transportation Network Companies (ride sharing providers such as Uber, Lyft and Wingz) may pick-up passengers at the end of the Arrivals curb (Level 2).

The weather in Orlando in April has temperature highs of a pleasant 82°F. It’s still the dry season with only four rainy days to be
expected for the whole month and the sun shines for 10 hours each day. At night, the temperatures might drop, so do pack an extra sweater.
