Health and Safety
JPA and our members look forward to getting back together in-person in Orlando this November. Creating a healthy and COVID-appropriate environment for all attendees and staff is of utmost
importance to JPA. We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and are closely following public health guidelines in the state of Florida and in the city of Orlando to ensure we meet health and
safety protocols.
To help with your planning, we wanted to share the following Q&As.
Q. Will JPA require attendees to wear masks?
- A. At the present time, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress does not require guests to wear a mask in hotel indoor public areas or when moving around in outdoor areas. JPA does request that
those who have not been fully vaccinated to wear a mask to protect other attendees. JPA will not check vaccination status. Everyone will be on the honor system.
Q. What is the hotel doing to keep us safe?
- A. The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is closely monitoring CDC guidelines and government policy changes in an effort to confidently operate its hotel. As COVID-19 has impacted the
world's need for health and sanitation standards, the Hyatt has made the changes to its physical property, employee communication and training, guest communication, property and room
preparedness in our commitment to provide accommodations in accordance to CDC guidelines and recommendations.
